# Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Vesper Nightly. We are dedicated to delivering our premium wellness formulas to your doorstep efficiently and safely. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

### 1. Processing and Fulfillment Time
All orders are processed and manufactured within 1 to 3 business days. Because our supplements are white-labeled and custom-printed to order to guarantee peak ingredient potency and freshness, your order is prepared individually at our US-based facility. 

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or international holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

### 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer fast, tracked shipping across our major international markets. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

*   **United States:** 4–7 business days (Standard Tracked Shipping)
*   **United Kingdom & Europe:** 5–9 business days (International Express)
*   **Canada & Australia:** 7–12 business days (International Express)

*Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to seasonal courier volumes or customs clearances.*

### 3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your official tracking number(s) within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. The tracking number will become active and scannable within 48 hours. You can track your package directly through the link provided in the email.

### 4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Vesper Nightly is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

### 5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, or if the courier tracking system marks it as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact our support team immediately at support@vespernightly.com. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include clear photographs in your email so we can fast-track a complimentary replacement shipment to you.

### 6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We are not responsible for packages that are misdelivered or returned to our facility due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order. If you notice an error, contact support@vespernightly.com within 2 hours of placing your order to adjust the destination.
